The warranty on the labour and on the part is stated in the quote before the work starts. It does not limit your statutory rights as a consumer.
In writing, yes. Send the form or a message and everything comes back to you in English, the quote included. In the workshop itself the mechanics speak Polish and Ukrainian, so it is worth agreeing the job in writing before you arrive.
We give you the time along with the quote, after the diagnostics. Small jobs are same-day, bigger ones get a date agreed in advance.
Yes. We work by appointment so that your car goes on the lift at the time we named, instead of waiting in a queue.
